Help with Newsgroup filters - TIA

In the last few days 3 newsgroups I look at: alt.binaries.e-book,
alt.binaries.e-book.flood and alt.binaries.dvd.music.classical have
been overwhelmed with rubbish.

They are all a similar format but of varing content. This is just an
example

Is there any way of creating a kill file to catch them?

I use newshosting, if it makes a difference.

THe "subject" header all start with 0 followed by a space and the a
random number a characters, uppercase, lowercase or numeric in no
particlar order. Hope this helps.
