Agent is a windows x86 software.
Android ist not windows x86.
If you create a virtual machine on the android device, simulatiing a
windows x86 computer, then you can run agent on it.

I dont know if normal android OS can create such an VM.

If you could also install WINE on Android(Linux) you could run Agent on
it. I've been running Agent on WINE for decades.

I tried it a couple of times. I remember I had to change fonts, because
it wasn't properly showing bold (= unread) and colour. IIRC Agent under
Wine doesn't support SSL?

WINE will _not_ run Agent on those Android devices which have ARM CPUs.
And most all Android devices have ARM CPUs.

I tried this some years ago, on an Android tablet with an ARM CPU.
It was so slow as to be unusable. :(
