Discussion:
SFV files don't launch - Agent "forgets" QuickSFV association
(too old to reply)

Whenever I try to launch an SFV file within Agent, using CTRL-L, it
says that the filetype is not associated to an application and asks me
to select the applicaion.

However, if I double-click an SFV file in Windows Explorer, it opens
QuickSFV and runs it. So it is associated with quicksfv.exe within
Windows, but for some reason, Agent does not "see" that association.
Is there a fix?

It works for me, but that doesn't help you. :-)

In Agent's Options > General Preferences > MIME Types, if you have
added any entries for .SFV or QuickSFV delete those added entries.
Try launching from within Agent again.

If no success try running the QuickSFV installer again choosing to
associate the file type(s), which may correct things.
Try launching from within Agent again.

If no success, in Agent's Options > General Preferences > MIME Types,
add and entry.

Try this (not 100% sure it's correct):

Type: application
Subtype: sfv

Under 'Settings for application/sfv'
Extensions: [sfv ]
Application: ["C:\Program Files\QuickSFV\QuickSFV.EXE" "%1" ]

Notes:
1. Optional - add other extensions comma separated.
2. Adjust path to your QuickSFV.EXE, but leave all else intact.

Try launching from within Agent again.
