Mime type Image/jpeg

I have Agent version 1.93/32 installed.
When trying to view binaries, I get this message:-

There are no application associated with MIME type image/jpeg.

I then get a box - unable to launch attachment, select application.

I then select "Infranview" and can view the image

How do I get these files to open without having to do all this?
All file associations have been selected but!!!!!!!!!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have set the file associations for JPG/JPEG/JPE within
IrfanView, or have tried re-doing the associations within IrfanView,
AND, in Explorer if you navigate to where Agent has (temporarily)
saved these images and double-click, they do open with IrfanView for
viewing, then in Agent go to:

Options > General Preferences > MIME Types
Select the "image/jpeg" line, and down under "Settings for image/jpeg"
if there is anything entered in the "Application" box, delete it so
the box is empty, e.g. (this is default)
Extensions: [jpg,jpeg ]
Application:[ ]

In Agent's MIME Types when the "image/jpeg" line is selected, does the
IrfanView icon display? You may need to re-select the line if you made
any changes to see if the icon changes.

Try launching the image(s) now.

Does the IrfanView icon display for the attachment in the Message pane
on these images?

Found the problem, the associations were not entered in WinXP, Explorer.
So far everything seems to be running fine, just downloaded the latest
version (2.0/32.652). Am about to delete the older version and install the
new one.

Good to hear it's okay now.

Btw, if you haven't already deleted your 1.93 and installed 2.0 or for
future reference perhaps, you are able to install 2.0 over 1.93 as an
upgrade. 2.0 is backward compatible with 1.93, so if for any reason
you want to go back to 1.93, you are able to install 1.93 over 2.0 as
an upgrade.
